Exercise program
• Start at a comfortable intensity around 50 revolutions per minute (RPM).• Repeat 2 min exercise/2 min rest for 60 min.• Gradually, increase exercise time, such as 5 min exercise/1 min exercise.• Exercise 2 min exercise/2 min rest for 60 min• Gradually, increase exercise time from 20 min to 60 min.• Maintain the exercise intensity of 11-15 points of Borg scale.
